At the helm, Echo Lattner, Founder and Principal Designer, is celebrated for her distinct, technical approach.  With a robust background in hospitality design, Echo excels at crafting immersive, experiential properties.  She spent nearly a decade as the Studio Director at a top global firm supporting high-profile projects including a Cirque du Soleil theater, the iconic Pebble Beach Hotel, and luxury casinos.  Today she leverages this expert-level knowledge in complex construction, project management and real estate development to the realm of luxury homes and boutique hotels. ​​​​​​​

Naomi Vollmers
Senior Designer
A northern California native and UC Berkeley graduate, Naomi resides in Marin County, CA.  Her reliability, natural creativity and attention to detail make her a strong asset on any project.
She came to design by way of architecture and has spent the last 10 years creating dynamic interior spaces.
When not in the studio making magic, she can usually be found crafting handmade greeting cards, hobbyist beekeeping, or spending time with her family and friends.
